蛋白7.5%
Old Town White Coffee 3 IN 1 2.5%
即溶干酵母 0.7%
鲜奶 30%
动物鲜奶油 40%
－发酵约 2 1/2小时（放在温暖处发酵）

蛋白 6.5%
Old Town White Coffee 3 IN 1 12.5%
盐 1.2%(我用 1%)
即溶干酵母 0.3%(我用 0.6%)


－我用 330g x%
－面团: 652g【3x200g,1x52g】
－用 g 的 BLOG
