烫面 Pandan 杯子蛋糕

第1次做,粉放少了
蛋黄 80%
幼糖 50%
粟米油 60%
Pandan 精华 80%
日清薄力粉 100%

蛋白 160%
幼糖 40%
柠檬汁 1/2t

-食谱取之 Shirley Tam,她用 100g x%
-我用 125g x%
-55g x12个方形纸托
-30g x1个小圆形纸托
