-拌均匀,待发 15小时,加入(B)
B:
幼糖 115g
清水 340
-先煮溶,待冷
C:
粘米粉 280g
草莓粉 1t
-加入 (A+B)
-拌均匀,待发 7小时,筛过,要渣/不要渣都可以
-加入(D)
D:
Eno 3g
-60g×10粒
-中火蒸 25分钟
