高筋面粉 70%
即溶干酵母 0.57%
蛋白20%
鲜奶 23.33%
-发酵约 2 1/2小时(放在温暖处发酵)
高筋面粉 30%
柚子酱 16%
盐 1%
淡奶油 33.33%
即溶干酵母 0.57%
-焦糖奶油(中种)~改成【】淡奶油(中种)的原
食谱
-我用 350g x%
-面团: 671g【3x200g,1x71g】
