抹茶喜板
A:
面粉 150g
幼糖 25g
酵母 1/2t
清水 125g
-拌均匀,待发5小时
-加入B
B:
面粉 150g
糯米粉 200g
幼糖 125g
抹茶粉 1T+热水=拌均匀+清水=225g
-拌均匀,待发双倍
-每粒65g×15个
-大火蒸15分钟
