速發乾酵母 1%(我用1.14%)
雞蛋 16.66%
鮮奶 46.66%-50%(我用50%)
幼糖 8.33%
鹽 0.66%
牛油 10%

-我用  350g x%
-面团: 640g(3x200g,1x40g)
