香蕉戚风蛋糕。。。


食谱 

材料a 

香蕉泥 50g /63g

牛奶 20ml /25g

玉米油 35g /44g

海盐 1.5g /1g

蛋黄 x4 /x5

低粉 70g /88g

材料b 

蛋白 x4 /x5

糖 55g /69g

白醋 少许 /1t

做法 

1.材料a,all-in,轻轻搅拌均匀备用。 

2.材料b,all-in,打发至中性偏干性发泡。 

3.做法1和2,轻轻翻拌均匀。 

4.倒入模具中,轻震2下,送进烤箱。 

5.175°c,烘烤30分钟即可。 

6.出炉后轻震2下,马上倒扣。 

-我用5粒蛋=20cm心形戚风模
